If your services include an Exchange 365 mail account, you can use the following steps to add the Authenticator app, Outlook app and finally add your Exchange 365 account to the Outlook app on your iPhone.

Go to the App Store to search for "Microsoft Authenticator app" and install the app.

Open the App Store again and search for "Microsoft Outlook" and install the app

Open the Microsoft Outlook app and tap the Add Account button

Enter your full work email address and tap the Add Account button

Tap on Microsoft 365 under Select your email provider:

Depending on your mail domain settings you may need to go through adding your account to authenticator or you may not. If prompted Tap the Open Authenticator button and follow the process to add your account to Microsoft Authenticator. You will use the 30 second generated codes from Microsoft Authenticator to login from other devices or if your device is logged off from your account for any reason.

Enter your full work email address again under Sign in and then tap the Next button

Enter your full email password and tap the Sign in button

Tap the Maybe Later button, then tap Turn On under Enable Notifications and finally tap Allow under "Outlook would like to send you Notifications

Your account should now be setup and you now just need to wait for any existing messages to download!
